Privacy notes for the AffilSentry beta

AffilSentry helps teams review affiliate applicants using public evidence. These notes explain the intended boundary for early launch testing.

What AffilSentry may collect

When beta forms are enabled, visitors may submit a work email, company or team context, a public Instagram handle, and notes about review intent. This information is used to respond to the request and understand early product demand.

What AffilSentry does not ask for

AffilSentry should not ask visitors for Instagram passwords, private messages, private-profile access, payment credentials, provider API keys, or internal affiliate payout data through the public website.

Public evidence boundary

The review model is based on public Instagram evidence where available. Public examples on marketing pages should be anonymized or synthetic unless explicit permission exists.

Storage and follow-up

The final waitlist storage target is still a founder decision. Until that is implemented, page copy should not promise a specific database, CRM, deletion workflow, or automated audit delivery path.
